About Us

Who we are
Evaya is a community of female leaders who come together to do far more than work.

A space where presence matters more than performance, and where belonging is a lived experience.

We learn, we grow, we laugh, we dance, we stretch each other, and we hold each other personally and professionally for years to come.
We are a group of women who carry big responsibilities but refuse to carry them alone.
We don’t gather because of an agenda.
We gather because of each other.
Most women arrive not knowing who else will be there, or what will happen.
And that’s the point.

A place where sceptics soften, curiosity wins, and trust becomes the architecture of everything.
We nourish the unknown because that’s where the magic actually happens.

It’s a space where women share power without even knowing what we’ll do next.

In Evaya, you’ll find:
a professional family,
a support network,
a thinking tribe,
a circle of women who challenge you,
who celebrate you,
who witness you,
who laugh with you,
and who will absolutely pull you onto the dance floor when you need it.
We don’t gather because we have to.
We gather because it makes life and leadership lighter, richer, and more fun.

Evaya is a meeting of minds, a home for feminine intelligence, and a community where women rise because they rise together.
It’s safety, resonance, power, joy and the unknown we trust with our whole bodies.
Welcome to Evaya.
A community for women who lead and live.

“Evaya is a place to come together to find strength, have fun, and share power. It’s about making it lighter, faster and more fun.”

The Origin of our Name

Eve + Aya = Evaya

Evaya is a name that brings together two meanings.
“Eva” refers to Eve in portuguese. The symbolic mother of women representing women everywhere, including those shaping and transforming the world of work.
“Aya” comes from a tree on an island in southeastern Brazil, whose wood is traditionally used to make walking sticks and objects of support, strength, and guidance.
The word Evaya, is as if the two meanings had naturally merged.
Evaya became the image of a walking stick for “Eves” a place of support, strength, and grounding for women walking their path together.

Our Founder

Lella Sa

She is a specialist in developing feminine leaders who elevate performance without sacrificing their health. Her work integrates science, energy management, self-awareness, and practical tools that can be immediately applied in corporate environments to create cultures that are more stable, productive, and deeply human.

A third Culture Kid, born in Brazil and raised in Thailand with family in Switzerland and United States, she has lived between worlds her entire life. This global upbringing shaped her ability to read people, navigate complexity, and build bridges across cultures and contexts. Her worldview is naturally expansive, multicultural, and adaptive, qualities that deeply inform the creation of Evaya.
Her personal journey also includes an urban exodus, choosing to live in a rural village to raise her children close to nature. There, she serves as a volunteer director at their Waldorf school, aligning her leadership practice with principles of community, rhythm, and holistic development. This immersion in natural and communal rhythms is one of the foundations of her approach to feminine leadership.

Over the past 14 years, she has guided more than 5,000 leaders and witnessed firsthand how brilliant women enter cycles of exhaustion driven by unsustainable expectations. These experiences led her to develop methodologies that transform the relationship with work, break patterns of overload, and strengthen organizational climate, engagement, and the quality of results.

She combines performance, productivity, and leadership development with natural intelligence, human rhythms, and self-regulation practices. Her approach brings leaders greater clarity, presence, and consistency in decision-making. Through this lens, she designs and delivers consulting projects, keynotes, and immersive experiences that help organizations evolve toward a new paradigm: more human, more efficient, and aligned with contemporary challenges.
Her academic background includes postgraduate studies in Project Management and Team Leadership at ESPM, an MBA from USP (Sao Paulo University), certification as a Menstruality Mentor through Red School, coaching certification by ICI, training in Biographical Counseling with Associação Sagres, and group facilitation training through ADIGO Consultores.

As the founder of Evaya, she brings together everything she has lived and learned: multicultural intelligence, leadership science, feminine cycles, community building, and a grounded life close to nature to create a space where women can lead sharing power with presence, rhythm, and joy.
