What is Evaya?
Evaya is an international leadership club designed for women who influence decisions, culture, and performance within their organizations or businesses share power and have fun together. It combines curated knowledge, structured peer dialogue, and moments to decompress with joy. Together we get farther and the way can be alot of fun.
Who is Evaya for?
Evaya is for women in leadership positions such as executives, founders, directors, and decision-makers who want to elevate their performance without sacrificing clarity, well-being, or long-term impact. It is not designed for passive learners, but for leaders ready to apply what they learn.
What is the Membership?
It’s the global access to the club. Members participate in structured quarterly cycles that include possibily monthly classes, expert sessions, curated resources, and facilitated peer conversations.
Is Evaya a support group?
Evaya is not a therapeutic support group. It’s a group of feminine leaders that expand perspectives, reduce decision fatigue, and create space for clearer, more strategic thinking. Surrounded by trusted peers, you gain accountability, sharper judgment, and the confidence to navigate complexity without isolation.
What makes Evaya different from other leadership communities?
Evaya integrates working capacities with the needs of a women of the XXI century. Our way of working is very different than men and here we discuss and help each other apply that. Themes such as productivity, leadership, and rhythm are strategic assets. We understand rest as part of the solution of high performance rooted in wellbeing, grounded in clarity, energy management, and long-term organizational thinking.
What is the commitment required?
Evaya operates in defined cycles and members are expected to participate actively, attend sessions consistently, and engage thoughtfully in peer conversations. Renewal is not automatic, we strive for connection and collaboration.
Is Evaya free?
it’s currently accessible without financial contribution, but participation requires a formal application and active engagement. The cost of entry, for now, is commitment.
Can I join outside Brazil?
Yes! Of course! Evaya operates internationally in English and also offers a Portuguese experience with a focus on Brazil. Both follow the same strategic themes and structure.
Is this Networking?
Evaya is definetly not casual networking. It is structured and curated peer dialogue among women operating at similar levels of responsibility, designed to sharpen strategic clarity and strengthen leadership presence. But the best part of it is that we hold other layers of special connection possibilities one you are committed. Our goal is to have serious fun with great people. But that is all we can tell you for now.
